The exclusive Vidalta Residential Park is set in a protected ecological reserve in Lomas Del Chamizal. Accessed by the iconic bridge, Puente Vidalta, the towers overlook an expansive forest retreat north of the city. This nature reserve allows residents to enjoy activities such as jogging, cycling, walking, forest bathing and group events with family and friends. In addition, the residential park provides courts for racquet sports, indoor and outdoor pools and a fully equipped gymnasium.
The unique Therma Spa facility spans 2,200 square meters with state of the art design and hydrotherapy facilities to rival any luxury resort or wellness retreat. The facilities on offer include sauna, steam room, Swiss showers and thermal loungers with chromotherapy, These areas are separated for male and female guests and overlook the mixed use hydrotherapy pool on the floor below. The hydrotherapy area features a variety of plunge pools at different temperatures, a kniepp walk to stimulate the reflexology points on the feet, and a large hydrotherapy pool with stations for water massage for the back, legs and feet.
The highlight for me was the spectacular view afforded by the sauna and hydrotherapy area; overlooking the forest ravine and offering residents a respite from the bustle of city life.
After relaxing in the facilities, choose from an extensive spa treatment menu including massage therapies, facials, body wraps and exfoliations. I particularly enjoyed the fusion massage; comprising a range of techniques with a faster paced rhythm to normal, but extremely relaxing.
Therma Spa, in addition to the wellness facilities and activities, is only open to residents and guests of the Vidalta Park residential complex.
