Under the same hotel group, Estudio Playa Mujeres, its family-friendly, sister resort can be found alongside. Nuup Spa boasts extensive hydrotherapy facilities with a sauna, steam room, cold plunge, Jacuzzi, and experience showers, all separated for males and females, in addition to a large sensation pool with jets to relieve tension in various parts of the body and bubble beds for relaxation. An attendant offers guidance throughout the process and even treats you to a de-stressing scalp massage while you relax in the Jacuzzi.

From the array of facials, massages, and body treatments, an expertly created couple’s ritual is the perfect way to connect with your partner. After enjoying the hydrotherapy circuit, you will be guided to a beautiful, dimly lit couples’ suite where an extended sofa awaits. Lay next to your partner as your therapists ‘tuck you in’ under a soft blanket and place an eye pillow over your eyes. Beginning with a ritual of four elements, the therapist then interlaces your hand with your partner’s, a stone placed between your hands represents your two hearts as one. A chocolate foot exfoliation invigorates and revitalizes the feet before warm towels remove the product and you are each guided to a treatment bed to commence the massage. A Lomi Lomi style massage offers medium to deep pressure with an energetic rhythm to harmonize and relax the body while also working on muscle tension. The experience is completed with time to relax by the outdoor pool, sipping tea or champagne with chocolate-covered strawberries.

Beside Nuup Spa, the gym and fitness center offers guests an extensive range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and cardio machines, while Alba, the healthy restaurant allows guests to choose from a range of juices, infusions, salads, and delicious organic healthy meals.
