After a long career in cybernetics engineering, I sought a profession that would positively impact people. I saw an opportunity for professional growth in the wellness industry: applying my analytical mind to create experiences that nourish both body and soul. My true inspiration was to find a job that would translate into the happiness and well-being of others.
For me, business success and wellness are interdependent, and my approach is based on three pillars. Firstly, an internal culture of wellness: our team must experience wellness in order to convey it to our guests. Secondly, the creation of genuine experiences: we use technology to personalize each service, fostering loyalty and growth through word of mouth. And thirdly, sustainable innovation: we strive to ensure that each therapy and treatment is not only profitable, but also provides real, holistic value to our guests.
I believe that an exceptional spa team is built on more than technical skills. It needs passion – seeing work as a vocation and not just a job; sensitivity – anticipating the guest’s needs beyond any protocol; and synergy – the ability to work together to make the guest’s experience perfect, like a well-oiled machine. Ultimately, the true magic of a spa team lies in operating with heart, intuition, and collaboration.

The inspiration behind my treatments and training methods arises from the needs each treatment is designed to address, and the results obtained on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. I use ancient and ancestral methods – inherited from our grandparents and various philosophies, in combination with advanced technology from leading brands and equipment, whilst sharing my knowledge. In addition, through continuous improvement, I continue to study and participate in experiential workshops that inspire me and enrich the treatments I create.
The biggest challenge as a spa trainer is educating other trainers; I consider this one of my missions. The greatest satisfaction is achieving this and seeing the trainers grow and improve, always maintaining and applying their values, positively impacting others and spreading happiness.
To maintain a healthy balance between work and my private life, listening is essential for me, as it allows me to understand the needs of others. I use diverse methods like meditation, breathwork, and good nutrition; I also receive treatments such as massages, facials, and workshops in women’s circles and mixed-gender circles. I deeply value spending time with my family and circle of friends.

My passion and core belief in training therapists is that every technique should be much more than just a simple movement. I train professionals so that every treatment becomes an act of mindfulness and emotional connection. I believe that, with the right intention in our hands and hearts, we can ease the emotional burden of each guest. Our goal is to plant a seed of lasting well-being and personal awareness in every guest.
I stay inspired and continue to grow through adaptability and humility. I am always open to learning new ideas and perspectives to maintain a fresh and empathetic approach. To do this, I regularly participate in workshops and therapies, and I draw on the wisdom of my mentor, who inspires and motivates me every day. In addition, rest is key, as it allows me to recharge and maintain my mental and physical health.
When working with different learning styles or cultural contexts, the key is personalization and cultural sensitivity. Before each training session, I take time to understand each person’s learning style and cultural background. This allows me to adapt my methods and resources so the information is relevant and easy to understand. My goal is not only to teach the technique, but also to create a deep awareness of the ‘why’ and ‘what for’ behind each treatment, ensuring that the learning is meaningful and practical.

Fate led me to the world of spas, where I discovered my true passion for wellness and service. Over time, I realized that, through leadership, I could amplify that impact, generating positive results in both guest satisfaction and team growth.
To create a positive and supportive environment for both guests and staff, I strive to promote empathy, communication, and teamwork. With guests, we carefully attend to every detail to provide a relaxing and personalized experience; with the team, I promote respect, ongoing training, and recognition.
I am proud of my impact across The Excellence Collection resorts, where I lead spas by building strong, committed teams focused on excellence. What I value most is helping people grow and improve.
