During Global Wellness Day on June 10th 2017, a full list of events was provided for guests to enjoy around the resort. The hotel also offered staff activities so their team could also take part in the fun and get to experience wellness activities. The day commenced with a \u2018Pura Vida Yoga Class\u2019 taught for all levels from beginners to advanced yogis. Kayaking, snorkeling, Pilates, HIIT, tennis, zumba, meditation, tree planting, swimming games, arts and crafts and cycling provided a variety of options for all ages, levels and interests. I participated in the sunset bicycle tour, which offered incredible views of the coastline, cliffs and shore down below. Luckily there were not too many hills on the cycle route around the golf course!<\/p>\n
