Traditional nail polishes can be damaging to overall nail and skin health. Your nails deserve more than just clean nail color, look for color that cares (vegan, gluten free, paraben free).

 

2. Nourish your hands and nails
The key to a perfect manicure is having hydrated nails, hands, and cuticles; cuticles can actually ruin your manicure if left unchecked.

 

3. Cuticle oil
Using a cuticle oil will deeply moisturize, revive dry skin and change how your nails look and feel. Keep a bottle in your bag as a reminder to apply once a day.

 

4. Hand massage
Massage hand cream into your cuticles and nail beds, it’ll do the trick when you’re in a pinch. The massage stimulates circulation which helps to promote nail growth.
