Comphy is made of a high performance microfiber, designed to withstand the rigors of laundering while providing a soft, lush feel, while also being eco-friendly. Microfiber is one of many synthetic fabrics that represent the majority of the world’s fabric usage, but only one percent of fossil fuel demand.

The synthetics in our designs have been chosen specifically for Spa and Wellness, as they withstand the products used in these environments. All of our fabrics stretch for comfort, and are made for the way you move.

Synthetic fabrics or microfibers are detrimental to our environment. Microfiber is actually a petroleum-based product - made up of tiny synthetic fibers. Each time they are washed, 1900 microscopic bits of plastic per item, per wash cycle get flushed into the water supply, where they are ingested by fish, and ultimately enter our food supply. It’s important to think holistically when acting eco-friendly. One hundred percent cotton towels and linens offer a natural alternative that won’t add to the plastic pollution plaguing our waters.

Sustainability is an integral part of the Tabacón philosophy. Our strategy is based on our internal conviction to safeguard the future. Our projects include the protection of our thermal springs and renewable energy, we feature an installation of 836 solar panels in our buildings.

Color Up’s commitment to being the leader in cannabis education moves two steps forward with a new educational track and scholarship program. The Cannabis Master Program for the Spa Professional now has three tracks, with the newest designed for wellness professionals.
