ISPA 2014 Day 2

Day 2 of ISPA started with the Professional Development sessions. I attended Fierce Loyalty with Sarah Robinson, who outlined the secrets to success of top brands. Customers who experience the overlap of  3 component areas: (Recognition, Belonging and Safety.  Connection, Support and Predictably. Pride, Trust and Passion). Engage your community and above all love your community.

In the general session, Mike Walsh enlightening us on some of the technological advances to come. “The Internet of the future will look nothing like the Internet today.”

Today I experienced the Hydropeptide Resurfacing Facial with an apple stem cell peel. With zero down time and an application of their peptide rich moisturizers and protective sunscreen it was a great option to refresh and brighten my skin.

In the afternoon Professional development session, David Avrin discussed branding and our influence on how our consumers think about us. The message was clear, be individual, be different. Highlight what makes your business special and stop using generic marketing terms that you see everywhere else.

The expo floor was full of delights yet again, my product highlights for day 2 include:

Hydropeptide Perfecting Lip Gloss

Cannabis Beauty Defined Foot Salve

Body Bliss customized aromatherapy blending station

PurErb natural skincare line

Biofreeze spray

Gharieni’s beautiful spa furniture

Osmosis Skincare’s stylish new packaging

OCEA’s seaweed & new range of hotel amenities
