Alejandra Millán
Alejandra is co-founder of Wellness Trip Colombia travel agency, a wellness tourism consultant and designer of wellness experiences at the holistic, ancestral and spa level; focused on the development of activities that generate awareness about life, connection with the environment and a constant reflection on the life of indigenous people from the balance of body, mind, emotions and spirit. She is currently working on the development of wellness routes within The Tourist Corridors of Colombia through the recovery ofancestral traditions and culture.
Alejandro Leo
Alejandro Leo brings 20 years’ of experience and is recognized as an industry expert due to his work on business planning, operations, market analysis, spa management and design development. Alejandro has been recognized for designing and developing spa projects in Latin America and Asia. Under his guidance and leadership, numerous spas have achieved industry awards. His top priority is to develop or reposition properties to a high level of distinction and profitability.
Maxime Cormier
Maxime is a global executive with over 20 years’ experience in the luxury wellness, spa and fitness category, collaborating with some of the finest hospitality brands. Maxime’s areas of expertise include customer service t the highest level of luxury, operational expertise with financial oversight, brand development and growth, and leadership of culturally diverse operational teams across Europe, the Americas and the Caribbean.
Pamela Aguirre
Pamela is a physiotherapist by profession with 18 years’ experience in the world of wellness and health. Her skills in spa management have developed through her professional experience bringing her creative spirit to unique concepts for new spas.
Pamela works on the design and creation of protocols and operating manuals for hotel spas and is passionate about the world of well-being and the creation of signature techniques. She is the founder of Samay Training Center for Holistic Therapists and the corporate coordinator of INKATERRA, where she develops competencies including training, administration, creation of therapies and treatments.
