Grande Spa at Jewel Grande Montego Bay offers guests a range of spa and wellness experiences in their Italian inspired villa setting with 14 treatment suites including a couple’s room with spacious showers and hydrotherapy elements.
Their signature Quartz Therapy Ritual suite provides vibrational healing journeys on their custom, heated quartz sand treatment bed. Ayurvedic rituals such as Shirodhara are complemented with a detoxifying bath in the luxurious soaking tub.
The facilities include a steam room and sauna in addition to outdoor mineral water hydrotherapy pools. Although lacking the halogenerator for significant wellness benefits the Himalayan Salt Lounge is beautifully finished and well lit with floor to ceiling blocks of Himalayan pink salt, providing a sense of calm while guests rest on the heated salt lounge chairs.
A range of facials, massages and body treatments are available in addition to salon services, popular with the many bridal groups the resort caters to year-round. Yoga and Pilates classes can be reserved both privately or for groups.
