The tour at Zimbali Culinary Retreat begins with a welcome drink and a 20-minute hike to Fires camp in the hills. You’ll cross a river and then stop at a natural spring, filling your water bottles. “Gracie’s Spring” has provided water for the area for hundreds of years. Fruit trees, natural herbs and healing plants surround the camp. Enjoy an authentic Ital lunch on the wood fire. Fire will pass the time talking about politics, natural life, Rastafari ways – inviting everyone to share thoughts.
