What is Touchless Wellness?

Touchless wellness is reshaping how we prioritize our physical and mental health, by promoting a holistic approach to health and well-being using an extensive array of techniques and technologies without requiring physical touch. Some popular touchless therapies include:

Cryotherapy: involves a brief exposure to extremely cold temperatures, typically using a cryotherapy chamber. This helps to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, alleviate muscle soreness, and boost energy levels.

Halotherapy: inhaling dry micronized salt particles, often in a salt room or cabin, has proven respiratory and skin benefits, helping with asthma, allergies, eczema, and alleviating stress and anxiety.

Infrared sauna: infrared light heats the body directly, promoting relaxation, pain relief, detoxification, and improved circulation.

Flotation therapy: floating in a sensory deprivation tank filled with warm, buoyant saltwater, promotes deep relaxation and stress reduction by removing sensory stimuli.
