Well Nest spa at the hip Coolnest Hotel in the Austrian alps offers an indulgent experience with great treatments and incredible mountain views. The rooftop pool, heated to 93°F (34°C), on the main terrace is a perfect way to start a day of wellness. This infinity pool faces the impressive Tyrolean mountains and can be accessed either from the relaxation area through the inside entrance or directly from the outside.
The sauna area is the heart of Well Nest and it follows the traditional Central European sauna etiquette: a clothing free experience with the option of using a light sauna towel. Three different heat experiences help to prepare guests for spa treatments and aid in muscle tension release after enjoying outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, or rock climbing. The Finnish panorama sauna at 194-230°F (90-110°C) is the place to be for those who prefer hot temperatures, while warmer temperatures can be found in the bio panorama sauna with a maximum of 131°F (55°C). Both saunas offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and can be enjoyed in peace and quiet. The alpine herbs steam room provides a more humid, aromatic experience. Indoor and outdoor showers with ice-cold glacial water or a snow application during the winter season provide an authentic cold experience.
To complete the circuit, the Zwitscherstube, a cozy lounge area with comfortable, stylish day beds offers refreshing and healthy drinks, inviting guests to relax. The outdoors can also be enjoyed via the spa terrace with canopy beds and a spa pavilion for outdoor massages.
For guests who enjoy indoor workouts, a gym features state-of-the-art equipment for cardio, crossfit, free weights, and an interactive fitness mirror that delivers fully personalized sessions for body and mind. The property also offers yoga and pilates classes.
